The property includes 2 main floor bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and one with ensuite bathroom and laundry. There is also a living room, dining room, kitchen with island, and sun porch rounding out the main floor. Out back there is a deck and a small yard. Upstairs are two bedrooms with low ceilings one with 2 twin beds and the other with 1 twin bed. Downstairs there is a family room with smart TV, furnished office with an attractive zoom background, and a 1 car garage suitable for a car. Taller vehicles can be accommodated in the driveway or on the paved pad beside the driveway/garage, adding up to off street parking for 3 vehicles. If you wish to visit Boston during your stay, the house is a 16-30 minute drive (depending on traffic) from the Alewife T station at the end of the Red Line. There is also a bus Route 76 that will take you to the station. The inbound bus stop is 2 blocks walk, and the return trip stops in front of the neighbor's house. Note: the town of Arlington does not allow overnight on-street parking. Registered guests are the only ones allowed on the property - no events or receptions are allowed per town ordinance.
